As you may or may not have been aware, yesterday was packed full of stories and rumours saying that the new iPad was ‘overheating’. Every couple of seconds a new story or thermal image was hitting the blogging sites trying to show this issue. We refrained from posting anything on the subject as its predominantly a load of media enhanced rubbish.

Yes the new iPad does run warmer, but at no point does it get anywhere near hot, and furthermore with the amount of new kit Apple have managed to squeeze in the new device, it’s amazing it doesn’t get warmer!
