The Cheaper Budget iPhone is Already In Testing And On Target For A Fall Release Date [Rumour]

Aside from the iPhone 5S rumours that have been cropping up, for the first time we are actually expecting more than one new iPhone model this year. The second is a cheaper budget iPhone that has gone from a vague prediction to something we are now fairly sure will be coming at some point this year.

Well providing us with a bit more insight on this new product today is the Japanese blog Macotakara, who tell us that this cheaper plastic based iPhone is already in testing phases, with around 1000 units already assembled for this purpose. The iPad 5 Will Be Significantly Lighter And Is Rumoured For A September Time Release Date

Not that long ago we reported how the iPad 5 would be lighter and thinner than the current iPad. Following on from this we have now had a report from the famous rumour mill DigiTimes saying that one of the main improvements on this next Apple device will be significant weight reduction. The report states, just like the rumour earlier in the year that the iPad 5 would be at least 25% lighter than its predecessor.

The 2013 MacBook Pro With Retina Display May Feature The Highest Res IGZO Displays From Sharp

The relationship with Sharp has been one of the strongest growing ones for Apple over the past few years, currently making the screens for both the iPhone 5 and iPad. Via 9to5mac we have confirmation that Sharp have now gone on to announce that they will soon start production on the highest resolution IGZO displays in the business. With Apple already claiming the ‘highest resolution notebook display’ its hard to imagine that these new screens from sharp will not be used for a 2013 MacBook Pro with retina display upgrade.

IGZO is the next advancement in screen technology, allowing for a yet again crisper and improved viewing experience.

The iPhone 5S Release Date Becomes Clear As Production Starts Next Month

As we progress through the year the iPhone 5S release date is naturally an increasingly large talking point in the world of Apple fandom. The rumours and talk may now be ready to go up a gear as a report highlighted by CultOfMac today has indicated that produced of Apple’s 7th generation iPhone will kick off next month.

Expect A Refresh Across The Whole MacBook Lineup At WWDC 2013

As you will be aware by now Apple’s biggest software event of the year has been announced, and it is now being revealed by an analyst that you can expect a completely updated MacBook lineup at WWDC 2013.

The source of the information is KIG securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, a frequent source of not just rumours, but ones that have often turned out to be true. Kuo claims that the updates will not be major, but each device in the MacBook lineup will see an upgrade to the upcoming latest Haswell processors.
