Hidden Code In iOS 6.1 Hints At 128GB iPad Coming Soon

From developers digging around in the iOS 6.1 beta that has recently been released, they have come across a new iPad SKU/model hidden in the works. The new device is not the redesigned iPad 5, but in fact a 128GB version of the current fourth generation iPad with retina display.

The news comes after a new iPad model code was found in the latest version of iOS, there have also been references to a 128GB device in Apple iTunes 11, and so this code is naturally being linked with this device.

Tim Cook Adds To Apple HDTV Rumours Saying There’s “A Lot We Can Contribute”

Following up on yesterday’s report that Apple will be releasing their own Apple HDTV in 2013, Tim Cook further hinted at Apple’s plans to expand into the TV market in Apple’s earnings call yesterday.

CultOfMac tell us during the call, ‘Apple iTV’ mad analyst Gene Munster once again presented CEO Tim Cook with a question about Apple’s further plans in the Television market. While he was typically reserved, it definitely seems that something is in the works.

Apple May Be Prepping To Release A 4.8 Inch ‘iPhone Math’ This Summer

On top of the two new iPhone’s we have already heard may be on their way in 2013, today we have a rumour from the China Times telling us a third new handset will be showing its face alongside the iPhone 5S this summer.
To combat the market defined by Samsung for larger screened iPhones, this new devices is said to sport a 4.8 inch display.

Before his death Steve Jobs requested the design and building of his own personal yacht, and the designing work was undertaken by French designer Phillipe Starck. This has recently been the centre of a lot of attention as it has finally been finished, but there was a dispute between Starck and the Jobs family over payment.

Photos have been captured of the awesome one of a kind yacht in Tenerife in the canary isles, most likely on the way to its final home in the USA. The high tech £85 million yacht was impounded in December in Amsterdam due to the payment disputes.

Trial Production Of Thinner iPad Mini 2 With Retina Display Is Underway, Expected Release Date In March

Yet more talk of the iPad mini 2 has arisen, and it supports previous reports that the device will receive a retina display and could be with us in just a few months. The news comes from Japanese blog Makotakara and a,Lao states the a redesigned iPad 5 will also be debuting at the same time.

Trial production and testing of the new second generation mini is said to have already started, and is rumoured to feature a retina display with the same 2048 x 1536 pixel dimensions as the 9.7 inch iPad, leading to a fantastic resolution if 326 ppi. iPad Mini 2 With A Retina Display And Multiple Colour Options To Be Available Next Summer [Analyst]
