This Awesome iPod nano concept will make you want one again

20120330-182639.jpg

The iPod nano was an awesome bit of kit when it first came out, but with the launch of the iPhone and users automatically having their own iPod with it, the need for a smaller capacity iPod really is shrinking. Well we’ve got a super cool little concept that may just make you have to get one again! We love a good iConceot here at The Apple Update, and this one is up there with the awesome iPhone magic mouse concept we posted a few weeks back.
The design from Enriko Panello incorporates a number of new features that would reignite the nano’s little flame such as Wi-Fi, FaceTime and even a home button to make it fit in better with the rest of the iOS family.

Its not like it would be sacrificing usability either, the new slimline design would fit much better in the hand than the current rather awkward square, and make the volume and sleep buttons a lot more accessible. Don’t get me wrong, I do love my nano, but make something like this come to life Apple and you will definitely see an upgrade from me!

What do you think? Good idea or time for the nano to be laid to rest? Let us know in the comments below…
