So Apple’s October event has been and gone and it did not disappoint. Although our predictions on the new full sized iPad were correct, and our leaked pictures looked to be bang on, nobody really predicted the new name of the iPad Air.
The name change is inspired by the tablets new much thinner and ultra light design. so light in fact that Apple have been able to get rid of the thick side bezels in exchange for much thinner ones as it is so much easier to hold now.

It’s Official: Apple Announces Event For iPad 5, iPad Mini 2 And More On October 22nd

After months of speculation, Apple have now officially released invites to selected members of the press for an event on Tuesday 22nd October. Those who keep close to the matter will know that this is when the all new iPad 5 and iPad mini 2 will be revealed for the first time.
